Most assessments take between 90 minutes and three hours, depending on the size of the home and the level of detail that feels helpful. There is very little to prepare. After the visit, you receive a written summary designed for real life rather than technical interpretation. You will see what was found, what it may mean in practical terms, and what you might choose to adjust, if anything. Recommendations are calm, optional, and prioritised; most people make one or two small changes that feel sensible and supportive, then enjoy the quiet confidence of knowing their home more clearly.
