Sleep Foundations

How your body actually sleeps and what your home environment has to do with it. Iza reviews your bedroom alongside you, identifies the most immediate factors, and delivers your personalised Product Guide. Your first 45-minute call covers your baseline and immediate actions.

Light and Circadian Rhythm

Blue light exposure, flicker risk from artificial lighting, evening light patterns, and the quality of darkness in your bedroom. Your call with Iza reviews week one changes and maps out specific lighting adjustments for your home.

Integration and Your Plan

The final week brings everything together. Iza consolidates your changes, builds your long-term maintenance plan, and discusses what a full Bedroom Health Analysis could add if you want to go deeper.

Air, Moisture and Materials

Humidity, ventilation, mould risk, and the everyday products and textiles that may be contributing to disturbed sleep. Your call focuses on what you can change at every budget level, with no pressure toward unnecessary products.

Before you join

Is this available outside the UK?

Yes. The programme is entirely online and available internationally. The Emerald Grey Product Guide includes international purchasing options where possible.

Do I need any equipment before I start?

No. Your Product Guide is sent at enrolment and recommends monitoring or sleep enhancement tools at every budget level. If you already own it, feel free to use it. If not, nothing is required to begin.

How is this different from a Bedroom Health Analysis?

The Sleep Reset Programme is a guided, educational process over four weeks. The Bedroom Health Analysis is a professional, measurement-led assessment Iza conducts in person in your home, producing a full written report. Many clients do the programme first, then invite Iza in when they want the complete picture.

What if I need to reschedule a call?

Calls can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice. The weekly guides are yours to keep and work through at your own pace.
